The Generics Department of Mediplus was established as a distinct team in March 2003 and became completely functional in May 2003.

In less than 10 months since its establishment, the department increased its portfolio from 14 to 28 products. In 2004, the portfolio will increase to over 60 products, more than double than the last year performance. The future plans are ambitious and they are based on solid market arguments, such as a market share of 20% on the distributed antibiotics.

Taking into accounts the tough competition on the generics market, the results of the department seem even clearer through superior effectiveness compared to competition, due to:
- the quality of the people
- the sales techniques
- the sales support

Flexibility, rapid reaction, perseverance, dare, are values promoted by the Generics Division to the employees. They will continue to increase their performance every year.
